The "Mother Nature" Skit

Emily and Jackie, with Rosemarie as Director and Stage Manager, put on a wonderful performance of "Mother Nature and Lana's Flowers".  The story went something like this:

Mother Nature, a.k.a. our host Kay, had not let it rain for such a long time.  Lana, a very special rescue girl, needed some flowers for her straw hat, but there were none to be found.  Emily and Jackie wanted to help Lana, so they consulted many experts including Oliver, the Easter Bunny Maltese, and Indian Chief Teddy who assured them that the rain would indeed come.  Well, "One Week Later" after a good rain the flowers began to grow.  Low and behold, the Maltese Flowers started appearing everywhere!!  Soon there were so many blossoms that Lana had a beautiful bunch to adorn her new spring hat and all was well.   THE END
